Mobile Electrical Engineer

I am currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's largest maintenance providers with a nationwide presence within the facilities sector who are looking to recruit an experienced multi skilled building service engineer with an electrical bias to work on a highly secure site in the Ruislip area.

The role is a standard Monday to Friday static position but comes with a company van in order to cover the entire facility due to its size and also to be able to assist with call outs when required.

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for carrying out PPM's and reactive duties across the site and work on AHU's, FCU's, motors, pumps, VAV's, emergency light testing, lamping, BMS monitoring, generator checks and all plant associated with commercial building services.

Requirements:

* Experience of working within building services maintenance - Essential

* Full electrical certification - (NVQ/City and Guilds)

* 18th Edition

* Drivers License

* 10 years unbroken UK residency (for security vetting) - non negotiable.

* Client facing

* Clean criminal background

This role will require you to undertake a full security vetting (not a DBS) so you will need to have been a resident of the UK for the last 10 years with no large gaps, this is non negotiable as is a requirement for security clearance
