The RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Access & Inclusion Manager to lead and develop our inclusive provision. You will play a pivotal role in supporting students with additional needs, guiding staff, and coordinating interventions to ensure all students can achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and delivery of differentiated learning programs for students with SEND or additional learning needs.
- Support and guide teaching and support staff to implement effective strategies and resources tailored to individual students.
- Identify students requiring extra support, design interventions, and monitor progress to ensure measurable outcomes.
- Manage and oversee the Access & Inclusion Faculty, including timetabling, staff allocation, and performance management.
- Work closely with external agencies, specialists, and families to provide coordinated support for students.
- Maintain accurate records of student support, interventions, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with relevant safeguarding and data protection regulations.
- Contribute to school-wide initiatives promoting inclusive practices and a positive learning environment.
- Experience working with children and young people in a school or educational setting.
- Knowledge of SEND frameworks, assessment processes, and strategies to support diverse learners.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, colleagues, and families.
- Commitment to promoting equality, inclusion, and the welfare of all students.
