Senior Quantity Surveyor

Rate: £400 - £500 Outside IR35
Role Overview- Title:
Senior Quantity Surveyor - Project:
Cut & Carve - Location:
Central London - Rate: £400 - £500 Outside IR35
- Start: ASAP but can wait for the right person
- Type:
Self-Employed
- Handle valuations, variations, and progress payments
- Support project reporting and cost forecasting
- Contribute to the successful commercial delivery of the project
- Previous experience in a Senior Quantity Surveying position at a main Contractor
- Full commercial lifecycle experience
- Tier 1 contractor experience
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
