O'Neill and Brennan are partnered with a leading Main Contractor who are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor on an on-going basis to support delivery of an on-going scheme.

-Rate: £400 - £500 Outside IR35

-Start: ASAP but can wait for the right person

-Type:
Self-Employed

Responsibilities

-Handle valuations, variations, and progress payments

-Support project reporting and cost forecasting

-Contribute to the successful commercial delivery of the project

Requirements

-Previous experience in Senior Quantity surveying position at a main Contractor

-Full commercial lifecycle experience

-Tier 1 contractor experience

-Confident communicator with a proactive approach
