About You

The Hart School is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inclusion Manager to join our dedicated Pastoral Team, to support students in the school’s internal exclusion facility. In this vital role, you will contribute to the overall achievements of students in helping them to develop positive behaviour and learning habits.

Our ideal candidate will have experience of working with and supporting learners in an educational setting, demonstrate the ability to form and maintain effective and appropriate relationships with students, be a strong communicator, with the ability to work calmly under pressure and to adapt quickly.

Committed to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment, the team works closely with students, families, and staff to provide tailored support, guidance, and early intervention when challenges arise.

Whether addressing behaviour, attendance, wellbeing, or safeguarding concerns, the team is approachable, proactive, and deeply invested in helping students overcome barriers to learning and thrive both in and out of the classroom.
