An educational organization in Rugeley is seeking a dedicated Student Support Officer to advocate for and support students. In this full-time position, you will work closely with the pastoral team to promote positive behavior and emotional wellbeing. Ideal candidates will have experience with children who demonstrate challenging behavior and the ability to effectively build relationships with students, staff, and parents.

The role offers a salary range of £24,641 to £27,024 per annum for 37 hours per week during term time plus 2 weeks.
