Job Title: Class 2 Driver

Location: Rugby, UK

Hours: 4 on 4 off (shift start times vary between 01:00 and 17:00)

Rate: £15.74 per hour (42.67 hours per week)

My client is looking for experienced Class 2 Drivers to join their team in Rugby. This is an ongoing position with shifts scheduled on a 4 on/4 off basis. Shift start times are flexible within four-hour windows (e.g., 04:00 – 08:00), allowing allocation as required.

• Deliver goods across the country, with a focus on the Midlands, London, and the Southeast.
• Conduct forecourt deliveries, multi-temperature goods transport, tail lift work, and roll cage deliveries.
• Collect recycling and occasionally deliver pallets.
• Ensure safe and timely delivery of all goods.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

• Minimum of 1 year Class 2 driving experience.
• Full UK driving licence (Class
  2).
• Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings.

• Pay parity from day one.
• Base rate: £15.74 per hour for 42.67 hours per week.
• Overtime paid at 1.5x for any hours worked above the base.
• Base shifts are a minimum of 12 hours 11 minutes.
• 24 days holiday per year.

Overtime is calculated monthly and paid in the first pay week of the following month. Drivers may be required to work additional shifts beyond the 4 on/4 off roster, with guaranteed overtime pay for extra hours.
