• Shift pattern/ hours Monday to Friday ( 07:00 - 18:00 Monday to Thursday/ Friday 07:00 - 17:00)

As a Security Officer atHMPPS Newbold Revel, Rugby you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of both the building and the people inside. Your presence will contribute to a safer environment and positively impact the lives of those you encounter.

• Welcome and assist staff, visitors, and contractors while ensuring strict adherence to security protocols.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all building users.
• Monitor
  
  CCTV, Access Control, and other security systemsto detect and prevent security threats.
• Act as thefirst line of response to securitymandu incidents, system activations, and fault reports.
• Handle calls, relay messages, and provide clear guidance to staff and visitors.
• Conduct regular security patrols to ensure ongoing safety and compliance.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with staff approche staff, visitors, and local authorities.
• Must be 18 or olderand hold avalid SIA License.
• Excellent communication and situational awareness.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Due to the nature of the site, afull DBS clearanceis required.
