  • Achieve upgrade orders volume and margin targets where you will lead a Deal Team to reach your objective.
  • Own and drive your upgrade orders portfolio, ensuring growth and profitability.
  • Develop and manage your 10-year upgrade pipeline and pacing strategy to support business planning processes.
  • Prepare and present your Large Deal Solidity Reviews and Offer presentations to optimize winning strategies.
  • Drive targeted growth campaigns for upgrade opportunities.
  • Serve as a key driver of forecasting and NEX platform initiatives
  • Where we are not active on core service, establish and maintain C-level relationships with customers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Act as an internal Voice of Customer (VOC) to support New Product Introduction (NPI) development.
Profile Qualifications and Requirements

This role is ideal for a strategic and results-driven leader with a strong sales background, a deep understanding of the nuclear services market, and the ability to lead and inspire a team toward sustained growth.

  • MBA
  • Proven commercial sales experience in closing large and complex contracts.
  • Knowledge of customer financial drivers/needs.
  • High proficiency in utilizing analytical software and sales tools
  • Deep technical sales experience in steam turbines & generators
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills at the executive level.
  • Proven coordination and influencing skills, especially in a matrix organization.
  • Customer-focused mindset with demonstrated ability to understand and respond quickly to customer needs.
  • Ability to effectively lead and energize a team to meet and/or exceed sales op plan.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages would be beneficial.
