A luxury country hotel in Leicestershire is seeking a Chef de Partie to join their team. In this role, you will prepare meals for the restaurant and functions, using fresh, seasonal produce. You will be expected to run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence and manage the kitchen brigade, ensuring health and safety standards. This is a full-time position with a salary between £32,000 and £33,000, and staff accommodation is available for those relocating.
