Kitchen Assistant

We're looking for a motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant to be the heart of our operation for Chartwells on a part-time basis, contracted to 5 hours per week. This role is contracted for 40 weeks per year.

• Preparing high-quality food that delights clients and customers
• Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas
• Ensuring proper use of all machinery and equipment
• Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries and supply vehicles
• Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Following Health & Safety regulations

• Ability to manage pressure, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively
• Excellent team player
• Organized and committed
• Desire to succeed and develop in the role
• Flexible to work shifts
• Punctual and reliable
