Senior Estates Surveyor

Senior Estates Surveyor needed in Coventry Paying £400 per day Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse property portfolio, including leasing, acquisitions, disposals and valuations. Undertake rent reviews, lease renewals, negotiations and landlord/tenant matters. Provide professional estate management advice to internal teams and senior stakeholders. Ensure statutory compliance, property maintenance and asset performance standards are met. Commission and manage external consultants where required. Prepare reports, options appraisals and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Contribute to estate optimisation projects and long-term asset planning. Mentor junior staff and support the wider Estates team.
