Spray Finisher – Bespoke Joinery

A high-end bespoke joinery and furniture manufacturer is seeking an experienced Spray Finisher to carry out high-quality finishing on a wide range of furniture and architectural joinery projects, from small detailed items to large-scale installations.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

* Prepare and apply primers, stains, tints and topcoats using spray equipment.

* Achieve high-quality finishes from matt through to high-gloss, using a range of lacquers and coatings (PU, AC, polyester, pre-cat, water-based).

* Operate spray pumps, gravity guns, sanders and polishing equipment.

* Carry out cutting back, buffing and polishing for high-gloss finishes.

* Undertake hand finishing using oils, waxes and traditional polishing techniques.

* Maintain high standards of housekeeping, quality control and health & safety.

* Work in a well-organised, methodical manner with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Essential Experience

* 5+ years’ experience in spray finishing
