CNC Turner

Mazco Recruitment is working with a well-established precision engineering company in Rugby who are looking to add an experienced CNC Turner to their growing team.

This is a day shift position offering stable hours, modern machinery, and the opportunity to work in a clean, professional manufacturing environment.

The Role

* Programming, setting, and operating fixed head CNC lathes

* Working with Doosan machines

* Using Fanuc controls

* Producing high-precision components to tight tolerances

* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

* Carrying out basic quality checks and inspections

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience as a CNC Turner

* Confident with programming, setting & operating

* Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls

* Experience on Doosan lathes preferred

* Ability to work independently and to high standards
