Manual Turner

Mazco Recruitment are working with a well-established engineering company in Rugby who are looking to recruit an experienced Manual Turner on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist who enjoys hands-on work in a stable, supportive workshop environment.

The Role:

* Operating manual lathes to produce precision components

* Working mainly on Colchester or Ajax machines

* Reading and working from engineering drawings

* Producing small to medium batch work to tight tolerances

* Maintaining quality and housekeeping standards

The Ideal Candidate :

* Proven experience as a Manual Turner

* Confident using Colchester and/or Ajax manual lathes

* Able to work independently with minimal supervision

* Strong attention to detail and quality-focused

* Reliable and flexible with working hours
