Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum basic + Uncapped Commission Scheme

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll own the entire recruitment cycle:

• Generating leads and new business wins – this is a sales role.
• Develop and build long‑term client partnerships in the Industrial sector.
• Source, screen and interview candidates.
• Hit KPIs and revenue targets while delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with the team to share best practices and drive results.

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, within Industrial, Driving or Perm desks.
• Strong business development skills; love hunting for new clients and growing accounts.
• Confident communicator with top‑notch interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and passionate about connecting talent with opportunity.
• Team player who thrives in both independent and collaborative settings.
