About the RoleWe are looking for a Support Worker to join our team in Rugby providing intensive support to people facing homelessness and complex trauma.
As a Support Worker you will provide a comprehensive package of holistic and practical support to ensure that people continue to develop independent living skills needed to maintain a tenancy long term.
Working closely with your team and partner agencies, you will use a trauma informed approach to create a ‘wrap around’ package of support that is person‑centred. You will need to have strong communication skills, the ability to work and think creatively, recognise an individual’s own needs, and be ready to sometimes deal with challenging situations.

24.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Thursday, 10:00am to 3:00pm;
Friday, 10:00am to 2:30pm
