We are currently seeking to fill the position of EYFS (Nursery) Teacher - Repton Prep.

Contract Type: Full time

Salary: Repton Prep Salary Scale. Commensurate with skills and experience.

Terms of the appointment include:

• The appointment is subject to a term’s notice.
• There may be the opportunity of accommodation on site for candidates at a reduced rent for those wishing to contribute to the boarding duty team.

We are looking to appoint a dynamic and forward-thinking Nursery Teacher, who is an outstanding classroom practitioner with the skills and experience to deliver first class teaching and outcomes for our pupils.

The successful candidate will be required to teach in Nursery, working as part of the wider Pre-Prep and whole school team. We have 2 classes in Nursery – Squirrels for children who join at 2, in the term they turn 3, and Hedgehogs for our 3-4 year olds.

A willingness to be involved in all aspects of day-to-day life in a busy boarding prep school is essential. All staff are involved in the close pastoral care of our pupils, and the role will report directly to the Deputy Head Pre-Prep, and ultimately the Head.

The role is required from September 2026, and we invite applications from both experienced teachers and those that may be new to the profession.
