Primary Teacher

Winner Education are seeking Primary School Teachers for a large Multi Academy Trust based across the Rugby area. The role involves long-term placements and day-to-day supply across KS1 and KS2 starting from September. This MAT has a strong reputation for supporting staff with career development and internal training. ECTs are welcome to apply.

• Conduct general class teacher responsibilities
• Whole class lesson planning (except day to day cover: no planning)
• Tailor lesson planning and preparation based on individual learner requirements
• Lead and work alongside full-time teaching assistants
• Provide regular learner assessments and progress reports (except day to day cover)
• Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare
• Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment

• Hold QTS status (ECTs welcome to apply)
• Previous experience within a primary school environment
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent understanding and knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Form excellent relationships with the school team and parents
• Show resilience and patience
