Quest Academy is for children and young people aged 7–16 with additional needs associated with an autistic spectrum condition (ASC) or social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) difficulties. Opened in September 2017, the Academy is based in Rugby, Warwickshire.

• Support learners across all keystage areas and deliver small group and class interventions where needed.
• Deliver 1‑2‑1 support and develop individual learning plans.
• Work collaboratively with staff, parents, governors and external agencies to promote learner wellbeing.
• Model a caring and compassionate approach to pastoral care.

• Relevant experience in a school setting is required.
• Demonstrate reliability, commitment, caring, trustworthy and excellent role‑model qualities.
• Positive motivation to work in a high‑quality school environment and support continuous improvement.
