SEND Teaching Assistant – Autism, Speech & Behaviour (Rugby)

Axcis Education is seeking a Teaching Assistant experienced in autism, communication needs and behaviour to support KS2 pupils.

• Deliver 1:1 autism support using visuals, modelling and structured routines
• Assist with SALT‑led activities including vocabulary, turn‑taking and interaction
• Support pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour plans
• Work closely with class teachers and pastoral teams

• Experience supporting ASD, SLCN and/or behaviour needs
• Calm, consistent and confident in SEN strategies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Full CPD including autism, behaviour and SLCN training
• Long‑term roles available immediately
