Our client is a main contractor who is seeking to recruit a Freelance Site Manager to lead a £1m Industrial Fit Out project.
The Project
* £1m Undercroft Fit Out of an Industrial Unit
* Stand alone Site Manager running the project reporting into a visiting Operations Manager
* Client facing, updating short term programmes etc
* Programme is circa 18-20 Weeks.
Requirements - Non Negotiable
* CSCS
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* Valid Right to work
Rate
* £300-£320pd - CIS Umbrella/PAYE Umbrella
