AboutOur Busy Bees Rugby Nursery
Our Busy Bees Rugby nursery is a purpose-built, Ofsted Outstanding setting with capacity for 84 children. You’ll be leading a dedicated and experienced team in a welcoming environment that prioritises quality, consistency, and strong relationships with families.

- Passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager focused on delivering the highest standards of childcare and early years education.
- Resourceful, commercially minded with strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload.
- NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
- Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
