We are currently recruiting 2 x Transport Administrators to join the transport team at DHL in Rugby, working within a busy and fast‑paced operation. This is a temporary role (approximately 6 months) with the potential to become temp to perm for the right candidates.

• Day Shift – 12‑hour shifts, 4 on / 4 off, 06:00‑18:00, Pay rate: £14.13 per hour, 30‑minute unpaid break, Average weekly hours: 40.25, Overtime available.
• Night Shift – 12‑hour shifts, 4 on / 4 off, 18:00‑06:00, Pay rate: £14.99 per hour, 30‑minute unpaid break, Average weekly hours: 40.25, Overtime available.

• Providing administrative support within the transport office.
• Maintaining and updating transport systems and documentation.
• Liaising with drivers, warehouse teams, and management.
• Using Microsoft Excel and internal systems to track and report activity.
• Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times.

• Reasonable computer skills are essential.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Previous transport office/transport administration experience is preferable.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable and able to commit to a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern.
