Mobile Welder (Service Engineer / Maintenance / Fitter)

Salary: GBP 18.20 per hour base + Overtime (1.5x and 2.0x). Realistic on‑target earnings (OTE) around GBP 50,000+.

Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:00–17:00 (40hrs/week).

We are a fast‑growing, reputable recycling company looking for a Mobile Welder to join our Service Engineer team. The role involves mechanical repair of recycling equipment at client sites mainly in the South East of England, as well as installation and commissioning. Extensive overtime opportunities are available.

• Repair or replace damaged components and re‑assemble equipment at client sites.
• Fabricate, weld and fit components to meet specifications and standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Manage timing and prioritise tasks to meet client schedules.

• Welding, fabricating and repair experience on industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organised with strong time‑management abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel door‑to‑door.
