Overview
Salary: £40k plus commission
. In your role as Home Admissions Advisor, you will be an experienced sales, marketing and business development professional who will be responsible for driving effective occupancy sales for the care home. You are required to support the care home with its sales targets with a primary focus on private paying customers, local authority, and respite.
- Achieve the sales targets for resident occupancy
- Promote the care home through strong links within the community, and represent us at events and through marketing
- Communicate with prospective clients and their families about our care home facilities and care services
- Develop the business in line with the growth plans for the care home
- Sales and marketing background within a social care environment
- Enthusiastic and poised for your next opportunity
- Organised and flexible
- Customer relations and service focus
- Able to work flexibly and a car driver to enable networking in the community
Some weekend working will be required for this position due to promotional events and occupancy viewings.
