Summary
£14.95 - £15.45 per hour

What you'll do- Motivate and support your team, learning from Leadership and Company Principles
- Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks
- Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you
- Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
- Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly
- Provide the best possible customer experience on every visit
- Experience leading a team to achieve targets in a bustling, fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team
- Patience and a friendly manner with the ability to stay calm in any situation
- Passion to thrive as a key part of the Store Team
- Proactive and encouraging approach to help colleagues develop themselves and store operations
