• Motivate and support your team, learning from Leadership and Company Principles
• Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks

• Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly
• Provide the best possible customer experience on every visit

• Ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team
