The Role

They are seeking a motivated Private Client Solicitor / FCILEx to join their Tunbridge Wells office on a full-time basis (part-time considered). The successful candidate will work as part of the wider Private Client team, handling a variety of client matters while collaborating across the firm's offices.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of private client matters including wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney
• Provide clear, empathetic legal advice to clients
• Manage billing, cashflow, and ensure targets for time recording and cost recovery are met
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Participate in marketing, networking, and promoting the firm's services
• Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and Lexcel standards

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years PQE in Private Client work
• Confident working independently while enjoying a collaborative team environment
• Target-driven with a commitment to delivering results
• Positive attitude with strong client focus
• Comfortable using technology and embracing continuous learning
