Property Legal Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Legal Assistant to join our busy property team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in property law who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

You will provide essential administrative and legal support to fee earners, helping to ensure property transactions progress smoothly from instruction to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with residential and/or commercial property transactions
• Preparing and managing legal documents and correspondence
• Opening, maintaining, and closing client files in line with compliance procedures
• Conducting searches and liaising with local authorities and third parties
• Supporting with post-completion work, including registrations
• Communicating with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders
• General administrative duties to support the property team

About You

• Previous experience in a legal assistant or conveyancing role (preferred)
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
• A professional, proactive, and team-oriented approach
