I'm working with a highly regarded Corporate/M&A team led by ex-City partners. This group is known for their commercial approach, technical excellence and exceptional client service. The team advises a broad national and international client base, including mid-market companies, listed businesses and entrepreneurs. It is recognised for handling complex, cross-border, and market-leading transactions across acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, share capital reorganisations, and finance matters.
This opportunity is ideal for a solicitor seeking high-quality corporate work within a collaborative environment that values clarity of advice, responsiveness and commercial thinking. You’ll work closely with specialists across various practice areas to create bespoke solutions to client issues, and the team is praised for its ability to drive transactions efficiently while communicating complex issues in a clear, client-friendly way.

- Advise on corporate/M&A transactions including acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, share capital reorganisations, and finance matters.
- Advise a broad national and international client base, including mid-market companies, listed businesses and entrepreneurs.
- Collaborate with specialists across practice areas to create bespoke solutions for client issues.
- Drive transactions efficiently while communicating complex issues in a clear, client-friendly way.
- Provide high-quality corporate work with a collaborative, commercially focused approach.
