With ambitious growth plans across the portfolio, digital marketing plays a critical role in driving awareness, engagement, and revenue and to elevate our digital capabilities we are looking for a strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead this evolution.
Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital marketing strategy across all Elite Leisure Collection brands and our sister brand, Presence & Co.
This role is responsible for developing and delivering an integrated, data-led digital marketing strategy across all channels, including paid media, CRM, websites, SEO, content, social media, and PR. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will lead and develop a high-performing digital team, manage third-party agencies, and act as a key strategic advisor to senior stakeholders on performance and growth opportunities.
Skills& Experience
- Proven experience in a senior digital marketing role, ideally within hospitality, leisure, events or a multi-brand environment
- Hands on experience across paid media, CRM, performance marketing, SEO, and websites
- Experience leading teams and managing external agencies and partners
- Commercial mindset with the ability to link digital activity to revenue and business performance
- Strong analytical skills with confidence translating data into insight and action
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Solid understanding of GDPR and best practice in data and CRM management
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Experience with marketing automation and customer journey mapping
- Experience supporting seasonal or event-led campaigns
- Knowledge of hospitality, leisure or visitor attraction marketing
- Strategic yet hands on, with a strong performance mindset

Key Responsibilities- Develop, own, and deliver the digital marketing strategy across all Elite Leisure Collection brands, aligned with commercial and business objectives
- Oversee all digital touchpoints including CRM and email marketing, social media, PR, SEO, PPC, websites, and Meta advertising
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing digital marketing team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and career development
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Head of Marketing, providing insight on digital performance, growth opportunities and keeping ahead of industry trends and updates
- Champion a data-led, customer-centric approach across all digital and CRM activity, embedding best practice across the wider business
- Lead internal briefings to ensure the wider Digital Marketing team is aligned and effectively executing brand and sister-brand strategies
- Lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of Meta advertising (Facebook and Instagram), driving strong ROI against commercial and sales targets
- Execute and optimise monthly Meta and Linked In advertising activity for Presence & Co in line with their marketing strategy
- Oversee PPC strategy and delivery through third-party partners, setting clear objectives, KPIs, budgets, and performance benchmarks
- Monitor, review, and challenge third-party partner performance to ensure continuous improvement and maximum ROI
- Manage and forecast digital marketing budgets and media spend
- Work closely with Sales teams to ensure marketing activity directly supports revenue and business targets
- Oversee website strategy across all brands in collaboration with third-party specialists, delivering continuous improvements, new features, and optimised user journeys
