Kitchen Porters are responsible for maintaining the general cleanliness of the kitchen and staff areas, assisting the kitchen brigade, ensuring a high level of cleanliness at all times, and managing the pot and plate wash areas. This is a demanding role that rewards you with experience working with the best food, drink and brand. It provides an opportunity to learn how a kitchen operates from ground up and could be the next step towards a chef role through internal development and apprenticeships.

• General cleanliness of kitchen and staff areas.
