Regional Business Manager (Home Therapies) – Field Based Role – South Region

As a Center of Excellence, Commercial Business Services (CBS) drives commercial excellence across Care Enablement. The team delivers market insights, health economics expertise, brand management and validated marketing and sales strategies. CBS leads the development of commercial tools, processes and training to support market access, strategic product positioning and enhance the global customer experience.
Your Responsibilities- Actively promote, generate and meet company sales targets across the entire product range, whilst achieving personal and company objectives.
- Liaise with Therapy Specialist Nurse on a regular basis to discuss territory/account activity, evaluations of products, latest therapy developments and other factors that may impact the FMC offering.
- Work closely with Key Opinion Leaders on development and support activities.
- Coordinate with appropriate personnel to organise products for evaluations and lead and conduct product evaluations in targeted accounts.
- Experienced healthcare sales professional with a strong track record in business development and customer relationship management.
- Skilled in consumable sales with exposure to capital equipment and deep understanding of healthcare environments.
- Strong communicator with influencing skills and the ability to build trusted internal and external relationships.
- Analytical, strategic and confident in territory planning, forecasting and delivering against regional sales and market share targets.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, resilient and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiator with strong organisational skills and proficiency in CRM and standard computer systems.>

• Full‑time field‑based role covering the South of the UK; a UK driving licence is essential.
• ABPI qualified with a detailed understanding of its practical application in a business environment. Alternatively, complete in 2 years of starting date with company support.
• Commercial sales background, strong business development skills and passion to drive market share growth.
• Degree in a business or medicine allied profession with a certificate in marketing/sales management preferred.
