Systems Engineer – A unique opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic technical team shaping complex projects from concept to delivery. You will be at the heart of designing, testing, and optimising systems, applying your expertise to ensure solutions meet stringent specifications and performance expectations.

• Lead aspects of system design, compliance, and lifecycle management for a variety of internal and external projects.

• Guide technical decisions, support quality processes, and ensure the smooth delivery of engineered solutions.

• Effectively communicate complex ideas to teams and stakeholders.

• Demonstrable experience in systems engineering.

• Familiarity with technical disciplines such as radar, RF, EW, avionics, defence electronics or FPGA systems.

• Ability to author clear technical documentation and work confidently under pressure.
