Early Years Outreach Intervention Service Lead
Hours: 33.5 per week, Monday–Friday, term‑time only
Salary: Kent Scheme D £26,393 + SEN Allowance £1,484.97 (pro rata)
Location: Tunbridge Wells and surrounding Early Years settings

As our Early Years Outreach Intervention Service Lead, you will:- Provide specialist SEND support across Early Years settings
- Design and deliver targeted interventions (wellbeing, regulation, communication, sensory support)
- Model best practice and support inclusive teaching and early identification
- Work directly with children and families in 1:1 and small‑group sessions
- Support transitions into mainstream or specialist settings
- Line‑manage and develop Specialist Intervention Outreach Assistants
- Build strong relationships with Early Years leaders, therapists and multi‑agency partners
- Contribute to the Early Years Professional Resource Group (EYPRG)
- Maintain high‑quality records and provide clear feedback
- Have experience supporting children with SEND
- Are confident working in Early Years environments
- Can lead, coach and inspire others
- Communicate effectively with families and professionals
- Are organised, compassionate and reflective
- Hold a full driving licence and have access to a car (travel required)
- Relevant qualifications in education, Early Years or SEND are desirable.

Location and travelYou will work flexibly across multiple Early Years settings in the Tunbridge Wells district. A full driving licence and use of your own vehicle are essential.
