Role OverviewAt the heart of our Aftersales Department, our Service Advisors play a vital role in delivering outstanding and trusted customer experiences. If you’re passionate about customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy building strong relationships, this could be the perfect role for you.
As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers while their vehicle is undergoing maintenance or repair. You’ll ensure clear communication, provide expert advice, and deliver a seamless customer journey from booking through to vehicle handover.
Key Responsibilities- Warmly welcome customers and deliver a friendly, professional service at all times
- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle’s service or repair
- Keep customers informed with clear and timely updates, ensuring transparency and trust
- Schedule workshop bookings efficiently and accurately
- Carry out pre-appointment calls to confirm bookings and ensure customer readiness
- Promote additional services and repairs based on Technician recommendations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within internal systems
- Build strong product knowledge through ongoing manufacturer-led training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering great experiences
- Confident and professional approach when dealing with customers and colleagues
- Ability to identify customer needs and upselling opportunities
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
- Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in a target-driven role
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A full UK driving licence
