Sales Associate – Miner’s Den Jewelers Full-Time | $18–$22/hr base + monthly commissions | $70,000+ potential earnings Help us save Detroit from mall jewelry — one happy customer at a time. Miner’s Den Jewelers is a family-owned store where employees come first. We believe happy employees make happy customers, and we’re looking for someone who’s as excited about people as they are about beautiful jewelry.

You don’t need to know jewelry — we can teach you that. What we can’t teach is kindness, humility, and the ability to make every person who walks in feel welcome. If you’ve ever made a customer’s day in a restaurant, boutique, or any service job, you’ll fit right in here. What You’ll Do
• Welcome customers like friends, not transactions
• Listen, guide, and help them find a piece they’ll treasure
• Build relationships, clientele, and follow up to create loyal, repeat customers
• Meet and beat your sales goals without being pushy
• Keep the showroom clean, safe, and gorgeous
