We are seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to provide exceptional anesthesia care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Job Responsibilities- Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics for various medical procedures.
- Provide leadership in the professional practice setting and support peers and colleagues' development.
- Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and document findings.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and coordinate perioperative care.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation of patient care.
- Provide airway management and emergency responses as necessary.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold customer service standards.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development.
- Educate staff, patients, and families regarding anesthesia protocols and procedures.
- Participate in community activities and/or professional organizations as a representative of the facility.
- Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
- Minimum of 2 years CRNA work experience (not including RN or training).
- Active nursing and specialty licenses in Michigan.
- Up-to-date with COVID-19 and annual flu vaccinations.
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
- Ability to work collaborative with healthcare teams.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Active Michigan Nursing License.
- Board Certified CRNA (AANA).
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Clean malpractice/license history.
- DEA and CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to start.
