We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to amplify our digital presence and bring our state-of-the-art Royal Oak campus to life online. Take your passion for creating and managing content on social platforms in an expanding, in-house, agency style work environment. Become an integral teammate in a newly forming, creative and content team, with the power to share and create new tactics and content to grow followers, and maintain events and communications.
The Social Media Marketing Manager must be a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting on flagship digital channels with our students, faculty, staff and communities. That passion will shine through by bringing the Baker brand to life through powerful and impactful social campaigns with a goal to grow and raise awareness of the College, while maintaining a hyper-connected and culturally relevant attitude to the communities we serve.
Working closely with the creative teams within the Marketing and Communications department, and vendor partners, the Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for promoting and protecting the Baker brand through paid, earned, owned and shared media, increasing new followers and engaging with prospective students through organic and paid social campaigns.

- Grow followers and engage with prospective students through organic and paid social campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative teams and vendor partners to develop social content and campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, liberal arts, business, or a related field.
- Professional experience managing business pages on social media platforms.
- Knowledge of or hands-on experience with social media marketing technology, including tools such as Agora Pulse, Curator.io, Hootsuite, Hub Spot, or Marketing Cloud.
