We are a high‑end custom cabinet and millwork manufacturing shop and we are expanding our team and are seeking an experienced full‑time builder/woodworker/craftsperson/bench fabricator. Our focus is on quality artistry and superior workmanship, crafting bespoke furniture and millwork projects with meticulous attention to detail. Experience with veneer and solid lumber is preferred, but we welcome applicants with the drive to grow and excel in these areas. If you're dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and precision in your work, we want to hear from you!

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

• Engineer a build of bespoke furniture pieces and custom millwork from start to finish
• Read and understand blueprints
• Cut, shape, and resize lumber/wood/veneer
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality, custom pieces
• Be safety conscious and keep areas clean and well maintained
• Stand for long periods of time

• Passion for your work and this industry
• Capable of engineering a build
• Basic power tool knowledge (e.g. table saw, band saw, hand tools, carving, etc.)
• Create a cut list
• Woodworking experience (3+ years)
• Have reliable transportation to and from work

• Experience building fine custom furniture pieces, kitchens, closets, bathroom vanities, millwork, dining tables, desks
• Experience with appliances, electrical, plumbing, working with veneer, grain matching, miter folding
