- Provide exceptional customer support experience for our clients
- Daily management and administration of Linux & Windows hosted VM’s residing within LCO data centers, utilizing Open Stack management platforms
- Intermediate and advanced support for web & database servers, applications, and end-users
- Support and administration of Veeam backup & disaster recovery solution offerings
- Support and administration of Citrix Xen App/Xen Desktop server farm
- Assist in the maintenance of data center operations as needed
- Shared responsibility of after-hours on-call duties as assigned
- Ability to use critical thinking and apply to problem-solving skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills are a must
- Intermediate to strong competency with SMTP, DNS, and TCP/IP Intermediate to strong skills with Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP
- Intermediate to strong skills with VMWare ESX Hypervisor
- Intermediate to advanced LAN/WAN knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities
- Intermediate to an advanced working knowledge of MS Windows Server and Active Directory
- Must be a quick learner with a desire to work in a team-oriented environment
- Veeam Backup Software
- Solutions Architect/Sales Engineer experience a plus
- AWS and/or Azure competency a plus
- Focus of study in Information Systems is an asset
- Minimum 8 years in the IT Industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and proven ability to multi-task competing priorities
- A sense of urgency for task completion and customer satisfaction are a must
