Overview

Join the Pediatric Neurology team at Corewell East. The group includes 9 pediatric neurologists (5 pediatric epileptologists, 1 pediatric sleep, 1 neonatal neurologist, 2 general pediatric neurologists) with expertise in epilepsy neurogenetics, dietary therapy, surgery, neuromodulation, and accredited TS programs. The position includes an academic appointment at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. You will be an employed physician with practice management support and access to the resources and referral base of the Corewell Health East system.

Corewell Health was formed in February 2022 by Beaumont Health and Spectrum Health. It is Michigan’s largest not-for-profit health care system, with eight hospitals, 145 outpatient locations, ~5,000 physicians and >38,000 employees. It is affiliated with multiple medical schools.

• Provide clinical care within the Pediatric Neurology team, including epilepsy and related subspecialties
• Collaborate with genetic counselors and epilepsy/neurogenetics services
• Engage in teaching and supervision of medical students, residents, and fellows
• Participate in academic and clinical activities aligned with the School of Medicine and Corewell Health East
