Pediatric Pulmonologist

Overview

Oakland University William Beaumont Medical School & Corewell Health of Southeast Michigan Children s Hospital is seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Pulmonologist to join the Pediatric Pulmonary division. The selected candidate will support growth and development of the Division. The division is known for excellent clinical care services and teaching.

• Participate in outpatient pediatric pulmonary programs including asthma, BPD, apnea and other disordered breathing, chronic respiratory failure, recurrent pneumonia, and other neuromuscular diseases; provide pulmonary evaluation for athletic performance.
• Participate in inpatient consultative services to the pediatric and neonatal intensive care units, subspecialty and general pediatrics services.
• Utilize and contribute to facilities for pediatric pulmonary function testing, bronchoscopy, and sleep medicine.
• Engage in research through the affiliated Research Institute with opportunities and resource support for collaborative research.
