Position: Architect III / Job Captain

Architect III / Job Captain

We are supporting a well-established, growth-oriented architecture firm seeking an Architect III / Job Captain to support project delivery across a diverse portfolio of work. This role is ideal for an experienced architectural professional who enjoys being hands-on in project documentation, coordination, and client collaboration, while continuing to grow technically and professionally within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, coordinate, and review building plans in collaboration with project teams
  • Support project delivery from schematic design through construction documents and project completion
  • Coordinate with internal team members and engineering consultants to ensure accurate and timely documentation
  • Assist with technical detailing, code compliance, and document quality control
  • Participate in client meetings and internal project discussions as needed
  • Contribute to maintaining project schedules and deliverables
  • Support senior architects and project leaders in executing project goals
Qualifications
  • Professional degree in Architecture
  • Five (5) or more years of professional experience
  • Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit
  • Experience contributing to the delivery of complex architectural projects
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a team-based environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Client-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism
