• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule appointments and manage phone calls
• Assist with check-in/check-out and payment processing
• Support the medical team by keeping things running smoothly
• Help create a calm, welcoming experience for pets and their people

• A friendly, reliable, and compassionate team player
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Customer service experience (veterinary or medical background a plus, but not required)
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, rewarding environment
• A genuine love for animals and people

• Pay starting at $15/hr to commensurate with experience
