Warehouse Operative– £24,000 – Leamington Spa

We’re looking for a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business in Leamington Spa. This company produces specialist cleaning equipment and operates a small but efficient warehouse team of four.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands‑on rolein a friendly, close-knit team, with no heavy liftinginvolved.

• Stock Management:
  Keeping track of inventory and ensuring accurate stock levels.
• Picking & Packing:
  Preparing goods for dispatch with care and attention to detail.
• Stores Support:
  Assisting in putting assembly equipment into stores.
• Forklift Work:
  Using a forklift to move stock safely around the warehouse (training can be provided).
• Basic ERP System Use:
  Updating stock levels and orders using the company’s warehouse management system (training provided).

• Previous warehouse operative or stores experience preferred.
• Basic IT skillsto use the company’s ERP system.
• A forklift licenseis a bonus but not essential (training can be arranged).
• Strong attention to detail and an organized, methodical approach to work.
• Someone who enjoys working in a small teamand takes pride in their work.

• Salary: £24,000 per annum
• Hours:
  
  Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM (no weekends!)
• Early Finish Fridays: 2pm

• Work environment:
  Small warehouse team of 4 (2 in dispatch, 2 in stores)
