Overview
Warwickshire County Council, Part-Time Assistant Youth Worker 2026 at Lillington Youth Centre (5.5 hours, 38 Weeks). Warwickshire County Council – Youth Service. We are a small, dedicated team of JNC qualified youth workers within Children’s Services, delivering evidence-based support that makes a real difference. Young people are at the heart of everything we do. We support young people aged 11 to 18 across the county and are embedding Families First teams to support the whole family through locality working, multi-disciplinary and multi-agency collaboration with local services, Health, Police and Education.
Our aim is to build strong relationships with families as part of Warwickshire’s Children and Families service.

We’re recruiting for a part-time Assistant Youth Worker to join our team at Lillington Youth Centre.
Responsibilities- Role:
Supporting evening youth club sessions, engaging with young people through activities, mentoring, and informal education. - Hours:
5.5 hours per week - Days:
Monday (6:00–8:30pm) & Tuesday (6:00–9:00pm)
- Experience working with young people is ideal, but not essential – training and support are provided for the right candidates.
