Multi Skilled Carpenter Required - Leamington Spa
Start Date:ASAP
Pay:£22 per hour
Duration:12 weeks
Hours:Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
We are seeking experienced Multi Skilled Joiners to join a repairs and maintenance team on a social housing project across Leamington Spa and the surrounding area.
Job Responsibilities:- Carpentry work such as repairing doors, frames, skirting boards.
- Installing kitchen cupboards.
- Tiling, plaster patching, painting, repairs.
- Basic plumbing repairs
- NVQ/City & Guilds qualifications or equivalent in Carpentry / OR Qualified by experience will be considered
- Own van
- Own cordless power tools
- Full UK driving license (Max 6 points) No driving bans in the past 5 years
- Must be able to pass basic DBS check
- Social Housing experience
- 20p per mile
