I'm looking for a Carpenter Multi Trade for a project doing reactive maintenance in tenanted Social Housing Properties in Leamington Spa. This is an ongoing contract for the next 6 months.
Responsibilities- Carpentry such as skirting, doors, boxing in, repairs etc
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Touching up and finishing
- Experience doing reactive maintenance
- Experience in social housing properties
- Their own vanAnd
In return, the Carpenter Multi Trade will receive:
- £22 per hour
- Ongoing work
- Chance for permenant work if the carpenter wants (recieves van and feul card)
