As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator, you will join a fun and professional team dedicated to delivering outstanding service.

• Arranging and Carrying Out Property Viewings:
  Conduct engaging and informative viewings that showcase properties in the best light.
• Negotiating Sales:
  Utilize your negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions between buyers and sellers.
• Listening to Buyer Requirements:
  Understand potential buyers’ needs to pair them with the most suitable properties.
• Customer Liaison:
  Provide timely responses to customer enquiries and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process.
• Registering Applicants:
  Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and processed efficiently.

• Experience in a sales role

  Both written and verbal communication skills are vital for effectively engaging with clients and colleagues.
• Driving License: A full UK driving license and access to a car

Working hours - Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9.30am - 3.30pm with day off in lieu
